DESCRIPTION OF HAYNES VILLAS
Our two family owned villas next to each other in a quiet cul-de-sac are situated 50 metres from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the resort of Puerto Banus and 5 kilometres from World famous Marbella. The villas can be let either individually or together, providing accommodation for up to 8 or 16 adults accordingly. Please see the attached Villa Floor Layout Plan for further details of exactly how they are arranged.
The villas have the full compliment of appliances, including underfloor heating, Air Conditioning throughout, secure off street parking for 2 mid sized cars and a private heated swimming pool with safety cover in each. The pools are maintained by our pool contractor on a weekly basis and other than the removal of leaves you should not need to monitor the system. It is your responsibility however to control the pools use and in this respect the owners cannot take any responsibility.
The ground floor of each villa provides you with an open plan living area with a sliding door leading to the rear patio. The Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher and washing machine. Each villa has its own dining table for 8 and a sitting area with a TV, Sky, DVD and Stereo.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor with the master suite on the 1st floor. The twin and double bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a bath and separate shower as well as a loo and sink. The third bedrooms are both double bedrooms with en-suites.
The Ground floor of the villas have been arranged with the disabled in mind. Access has been improved with the introduction of shallow ramps were required and thresholds have been sunk into the floor to reduce both trip hazard and obstacles to free movement around the two villas.
The master bedroom suite with king size double bed, integral sitting room and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC is on the first floor. Additionally there are two private roof terraces, which catch the morning and evening sunshine accessed only via this master suite.
When both villas are booked the interconnecting doors (as shown on the attached floor plan) are unlocked on either side and the sound repression insert is removed. The result of which is the creation of one large villa with double the facilities.
The external difference between the villas is that Camelot has a small lawn at one end of the swimming pool, whilst Gloria is laid entirely with terracotta tiles. Both benefit from mature flower beds and palm trees. The gardens catch the sun all day and have plenty of space for guests to spread out and sunbathe (8 sun lounges are provided with each villa). The gardens have built in BBQ’s and verandas which offer some cool shade from the midday sun. They are tended by a local gardener so please refrain from watering the plants as this may cause more damage than good.
